Pumpkin Spice Candied Pecans

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice Frontier Co-op
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lb pecan halves
  • 1 tsp water


  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).

  2. Mix sugar,(1 tsp) cinnamon, (1tsp) pumpkin spice, and salt together in a bowl.

  3. Place parchment paper on your baking pan.

  4. Whisk egg white and water together in a separate bowl until frothy. Add pecans in the egg white mixture. Mix sugar mixture into pecan mixture until pecans are coated evenly. Spread coated pecans onto a baking sheet.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven, stirring every 15 minutes, until pecans are evenly browned, 1 hour.

  6. Once you take them out of the oven, stir them.

  7. Sprinkle 1 tsp of sugar, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice.

  8. Stir the pecans one last time to ensure that the are all coated. 

  9. Let the pecans cool down for about 30mins and ENJOY!
