Wash your fresh cilantro sprigs thoroughly with water.
Once they are rinsed, chop the fresh cilantro sprigs (Make sure that you remove the stems).
Grab your garlic clove and mince it. I recommend purchasing a garlic mincer. It definitely makes this process a lot easier.
Take your cream cheese and sour cream and place them into a blender. I use my Nutri Bullet for this step (its compact, easy to use, and its quick to clean!).
Throw in the salt, evoo (extra virgin olive oil), cilantro, and minced garlic into the blender.
Blend until all of the ingredients are well mixed and the sauce is a light green. Make sure that you've blended it so that no fragments of the ingredients are left.
Taste your cilantro garlic sauce. If you prefer it thicker, add more cream cheese. If you like it with more of a cilantro or garlic flavor just add more of any of those ingredients to please your tastebuds. I made this recipe with the amount that I enjoy :) !
