Easy and Delicious No-Bake Guava Cheesecake Recipe

  • 20 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened to room temperature but not warm
  • 1 tsp Vanilla bean paste Nielsen-Massey Madagascar vanilla
  • 1 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 3/4 cup Cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Goya Maria cookies
  • PG Tropical Guava Marmalade (or whichever Guava Marmalade you can find at the supermarket)


  1. Take your cream cheese, powdered sugar, sour cream, chilled heavy cream, and vanilla bean paste and place them into your mixing bowl.

  2. Grab your hand mixer and start mixing all of the ingredients until all are smooth and creamy. Make sure that you scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl and mix well.

  3. Take your Maria cookies and grab one cookie. Place this single Maria cookie into the bottom of the mason jar.

  4. Place about 2 to 3 tbsp of the cheesecake mix on top of the Maria cookie.

  5. Place 1 tbsp of Guava Marmalade on top of the cheesecake mix.

  6. Place one Maria cookie on top of the Guava Marmalade.

  7. Repeat steps (in this order) #4, #5, and then #6.

  8. Once your mason jar is full to the capacity you desire, put the lid on the mason jar.

  9. Chill the Jars full of No-bake Guava Cheesecake for 4 hours.

  10. Once you have let them chill for 4 hours, grab a spoon and enjoy this easy and delicious dessert.
