    Greetings Everyone 🙂 !   To give you some background, the “Elena Ruz” Sandwich started in a restaurant called “El Carmelo” located in El Vedado, Havana, Cuba. It all began when a patron of “El Carmelo” named Elena Ruz Valdez-Fauli decided that she was tired of repetitously giving the odd and specific instructions on how to make her favorite sandwich.       Yes Lads! It’s March already and It’s almost St. Patrick’s Day so, I’m giving you my recipe for Drunken Leprechaun Brownies. These are delicious, fun, and very easy to make. Of course, these brownies include one of my favorite liquors: Baileys Irish Cream. Print Drunken Leprechaun Brownies Course Dessert Author guavette Ingredients 1 large Egg 1 box Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Creme 1/3 cup Melted Coconut Oil 1 cup Marshmallows from Lucky Charms Cereal Instructions Pour Ghirardelli Brownie Mix into the mixing bowl.
