Happy Saturday/ Feliz Sabado!
Some like their eggs sunny side up, scrambled, hard boiled, or as an omelette. If you’re an egg lover like I am then I’m sure it’s pretty hard to figure out exactly how you’d like to make yours. With so many possibilities, eggs are the perfect ingredient to experiment with. Today, I will be teaching you how to make a flavorful Omelette that will WOW your taste-buds and your guests. Hope you enjoy this easy and delicious recipe as much as I do!

Making a Flavorful Omelette
Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup El Sembrador (frozen) Diced Onions and Peppers
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 5 slices Gouda Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
-
Place Extra Virgin Olive Oil into your Frying Pan.
-
Set Stove top temperature at Medium heat (4 or 5).
-
Throw in 1 Cup of El Sembrador Diced Onions and Peppers.
-
Let them saute for 4 minutes.
-
While your Onions and peppers are sauteing, whisk your 6 eggs until they are thoroughly beaten.
-
Crack Salt and Pepper to your liking. (Tip: It’s better to put less salt and pepper & then if you need to add more you can rather than adding too much. This way the dish won’t be ruined.)
-
Place your eggs into the frying pan.
-
Place temperature on Low-Medium heat (3 or 4) and place the lid over the frying pan.
-
Let it cook for about 20-minutes.
-
Once the Omelette is firm place your Gouda cheese.
-
Take your Slotted spatula and fold the eggs in Half. It will now look like a half-circle.
-
Cut as much or as little as you’d like into Wedges.
