Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup El Sembrador (frozen) Diced Onions and Peppers
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 5 slices Gouda Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Place Extra Virgin Olive Oil into your Frying Pan.

  2.  Set Stove top temperature at Medium heat (4 or 5).

  3. Throw in 1 Cup of El Sembrador Diced Onions and Peppers.

  4. Let them saute for 4 minutes.

  5. While your Onions and peppers are sauteing, whisk your 6 eggs until they are thoroughly beaten.

  6. Crack Salt and Pepper to your liking. (Tip: It’s better to put less salt and pepper & then if you need to add more you can rather than adding too much. This way the dish won’t be ruined.)

  7. Place your eggs into the frying pan.

  8. Place temperature on Low-Medium heat (3 or 4) and place the lid over the frying pan.

  9. Let it cook for about 20-minutes.

  10. Once the Omelette is firm place your Gouda cheese.

  11. Take your Slotted spatula and fold the eggs in Half. It will now look like a half-circle.

  12.  Cut as much or as little as you’d like into Wedges.
