Hola My Darlings!
I’ve taken a traditional vegan recipe and added a little Cuban flavor into the mix. Because who says Cubans can’t be Vegan, am I right? Anywho, I’m not vegan but I enjoy this recipe and I’m sure you will too! For those of you that are not familiar with chia seeds, they are full of health benefits 🙂 ! So, having a tasty breakfast/snack doesn’t have to make you feel guilty.

Guava Chia Pudding
- 1.5 cups Almond Milk Silk Unsweetened Vanilla
- 6 tbsps Black Chia seeds 365 Wholefoods brand
- 3 tsp Guava Marmalade
Use a glass container preferably a mason jar. Its both functional and cute.
Make sure that you follow the measurements so, that you get the right consistency in your pudding.
Throw in as much or as little Guava marmalade as you'd like.
Place 1.5 cups of almond milk in the mason jar.
Add 2 tsp of guava marmalade to the milk.
Place the lid on the mason jar and shake it until the guava marmalade is well mixed in with the almond milk.
Remove the lid and add the 6 tbsp of chia seeds and stir.
After 1 minute of letting the stirred mix rest, stir once more to make sure that any lumps are dissolved.
Place 1 tsp of the guava marmalade on top 🙂 ! (You can't ever have enough guava, trust me!).
Place your lid on the mason jar and let it rest in the refrigerator until the next day.
